    Duties and Responsibilities: *Preparing and managing CAPEX submissions *Planning, executing and co-ordinating of all projects within agreed time, cost and scope *Creating CAPEX Purchase Requisitions (PR’s) for approved projects *Budget control *Developing of project plans and progress trackers for each project *Conducting feasibility studies *Conducting design reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements *Ensuring projects take into consideration ease of maintenance and operation *Effectively managing contractors on a daily basis *Compiling of technical reports *Ensuring compliance to OHSAct, SHEQ standards and other applicable industry legislations *Ensuring project post mortems are conducted after each project *Co-ordination of project handovers and close-outs.
