BE PROUD - SGM Recognition Award winner
WINNER CARE MELISSA IYAVOO | SGM Non-Liner Richards Bay Melissa plays an important role in her team and the support she lends to the team. It is her job to provide the administrative duties for the team but her willingness and attitude has made the work that she does in the team noteworthy. She is reliable and even when she is busy with the arranging crew changes, CTM\'s clearance and delivery of spares and a host of other husbandry duties for vessels calling Richards Bay, she does so independently with very little assistance so that the team can have their focus on their customer delivery. Melissa then takes on additional tasks sorting out various queries without being pushed, including those related to AOS. This nomination has little to do with one specific achievement, rather the little achievements and the manner in which it is achieved for the best of the team, that Melissa should be recognised. Well done Melissa!
