Document Control and Quality- Capturing all information regarding maintenance and equipment availability.Orders are processed to SAP PM procedures and within specified time frame. Responsible for work requests, manage back log in SAP, plan work orders, create job cards, procure materials, prioritize and schedule work to maximize process up-time and minimize material costs and contract services. Determine resources and parts needed for maintenance work orders. Order parts and is responsible for planning jobs for execution Maintain accurate and timely status codes on work orders to facilitate the scheduling process. Partners with Production in daily and weekly scheduling meetings to ensure equipment availability and job readiness.Track all work notifications and work closely with production to facilitate the gatekeeping of all work notifications.Support maintenance engineers on projects. Codify any new equipment & spares required for maintenance.
