Motor Control Circuit – starters such as direct online, star-delta and sequence starters. Motor control circuit Components such as circuit breaker, fuse, emergency stop, main contactor, overload relay, timer and push buttons. Test Equipment – safely use of test equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator and simetrix. Electrical Drawings - read drawings and use computer aided software to produce drawings. Electrical Machines – knowledge of DC machines; motors and generators; transformers; 3-phase induction motors. Electrical Protection – analyzing electrical fault; over current protection; over voltages. Instrumentation and Control – Programmable logic Controller (PLC).
