Job Description




RBCT is looking for an Improvement Specialist for the management of continuous improvement projects and the Innovation system, to enable an innovative culture within RBCT.


  • Management and facilitation of the Lean Six Sigma projects, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Ownership of the Innovation system
  • Improve awareness and understanding of optimal operating philosophies within the Terminal
  • Strategic improvements


Minimum Requirements

BSc/BTech in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, more than 5 years of experience in a Lean Six Sigma environment, proven track record of implemented Black Belt projects, competent in coaching and training lower belts, 5-10 years industry experience, exposure in ISO 9001 implementation is advantageous.


Solid working experience with Lean Six Sigma projects with a traceable track record, Strong facilitation skills and ability to handle Change Management, proficient with Data analytic systems Mini tab, Power Bi etc, Ms Office with Ms Access advantageous, strong oral, written and listening skills, attention to detail and Drivers Licence.


Impact and influence, initiating action and conflict resolution, facilitation, aligning performance to Success, results driven, decision making, customer focus and quality orientation, contributing to team success, managing work and ability to work within set deadlines, ad-hoc abnormal working hours.
